Lateral Partner, Litigation — Salt Lake City

Established national litigation practice seeks a partner-level litigator to join its Salt Lake City team. The role will focus on complex commercial disputes, securities-related litigation, and white-collar matters, working with an experienced regional/national litigation platform.

The successful candidate will split time between case leadership, courtroom advocacy, and developing client relationships. This is an opportunity to join a busy practice handling high-stakes matters and to build a team and book of work in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven litigation experience, including significant trial or motion practice
• Track record in securities-related and white-collar matters preferred
• Strong client-development and team leadership skills; active bar admission required
