Top-tier national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its San Francisco litigation team. The role focuses on leading complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including courtroom and appellate work, and managing a team of litigators on high-stakes disputes.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of handling bench and jury trials, driving case strategy, and developing client relationships. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role in a busy practice group and contribute to business development efforts; a portable practice or existing client relationships will be viewed positively.

Admitted to practice in California (or able to obtain admission).
Established litigation trial experience in complex commercial matters.
Proven client development skills and ability to develop or bring a portable practice.
Experience supervising associates and leading case teams; strong courtroom and advocacy skills.
