Established national litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office. The role offers leadership on high‑stakes commercial litigation matters across a range of industries, working with an experienced group on complex trials, appeals and dispute resolution.

The firm is looking for a seasoned trial lawyer who can both lead matters and develop client relationships. There is scope to bring and grow a portable practice; the team supports partners who originate and expand client work.

Proven partner or senior counsel track record in commercial and/or business litigation
Extensive trial and courtroom experience and comfort handling complex multi‑party disputes
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; portability of work welcomed
Ability to integrate with an established team and mentor junior lawyers
