Lateral Partner, Litigation — San Francisco

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco litigation team. The role offers responsibility for managing complex commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, well-resourced practice group with significant regional and national matters. This position is a partnership-level opportunity and is open to candidates with an established, portable practice.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or ability to gain admission) to the California bar
• Proven partner-level litigation experience in commercial/civil litigation
• Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
• Strong trial and motion practice skills and experience supervising teams
