Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Baltimore litigation team, with a focus on securities-related matters and white-collar defense. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory disputes for corporate and private clients.

The successful candidate will play a senior role managing cases, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with colleagues across practices and offices. There is an expectation to help grow the local practice and contribute to business development; a portable practice or client relationships are welcome and will be supported.

Established partner-level litigation background with significant experience in securities and/or white-collar defense.
Proven trial, appellate, or contested litigation experience and ability to manage complex matters.
Track record of developing client relationships and contributing to business development; portable book of business welcomed.
Bar admission in Maryland or willingness to obtain admission; strong leadership and mentoring skills.
