Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Baltimore office to grow and lead securities and finance work. The role combines transactional and contentious matters across investment management, capital markets and banking-related securities.

The partner will be client-facing, develop new business, and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to take a visible leadership role in a busy regional practice with national and cross-border matters.

Established partner-level securities/finance practitioner with a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships
Strong transactional and/or securities litigation experience, including investment management or capital markets matters
Proven business development and team leadership skills
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
