Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking — Baltimore

Established law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Baltimore. The role will lead and expand a broad lending practice covering commercial lending, consumer finance (including card products), and public finance matters, and will work closely with litigation and transactional colleagues as required.

The successful candidate will have an established client base, experience managing and originating multi-product financing work, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development across the office and region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in finance & banking, with a focus on commercial lending and consumer finance
• Proven record of originating and managing client relationships and cross-selling services
• Experience supervising associates and contributing to firm business development
