Opportunity for an established partner to lead and expand a combined corporate transactions and commercial litigation capability from the Baltimore office. The team will serve corporate and financial-services clients across sectors including life sciences, technology, energy and automotive.

Searches prioritize team hires who can grow transactional volume and handle significant commercial disputes. The group will work with U.S. and international markets, with strategic focus on major commercial centres in North America and Europe.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level track record in M&A, private equity or corporate transactions and in handling complex commercial litigation
Experience leading, integrating and building teams; preference for candidates able to bring or grow a multi-lawyer team
Demonstrated client development across life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive sectors
