Opportunity for a partner-level litigator to join a well-established national litigation practice in Dallas. The role focuses on complex commercial and securities-related litigation, including white-collar matters and regulatory-driven disputes.

The firm is seeking an experienced trial and appellate advocate who will lead matters, develop client relationships and work with a cross-office litigation team. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be considered in placement and compensation discussions.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, including securities or white-collar matters
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and ability to lead client engagements
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable business welcomed
Licensed to practice in Texas or able to obtain reciprocity/admission
