Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities - Los Angeles

Leading Los Angeles litigation and securities team seeking an experienced partner to expand and lead high‑stakes securities litigation, internal investigations and regulatory enforcement matters. The role involves running complex matters, supervising associates, and working closely with clients and other practice groups.

The successful candidate will join a well‑resourced team handling a national and cross‑border caseload. This is an opportunity to take on a visible practice leadership role and grow client relationships in the Los Angeles market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in securities litigation, enforcement or related regulatory work
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Active bar admission in California or ability to qualify
