Seeking a lateral partner to join a major U.S. law firm’s New York litigation team with a focus on securities matters and related white-collar work. The role involves leading complex securities litigation and investigations, supervising associates, and working closely with cross-practice teams on high‑stakes disputes.

The team represents institutional and corporate clients in securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, and commercial litigation. The firm offers substantial resources, a collaborative platform, and opportunities to develop high‑visibility matters in the U.S. market.

Portable client relationships are welcome; candidates with an established practice or demonstrable business generation capability will be prioritized.

Established partner-level experience in securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, and/or white-collar investigations.
Proven record of leading complex matters and supervising litigation teams.
Strong courtroom and motion practice skills; experience with regulatory agencies preferred.
Admissions and good standing in relevant U.S. jurisdictions (New York preferred) and demonstrable client development ability.
