Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, New York

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York litigation team with a focus on securities and white‑collar matters. The role will involve defending and prosecuting complex securities litigation, representing clients in regulatory and enforcement proceedings, and leading trial and appellate work.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative litigation group that handles high‑stakes matters for corporate and financial clients. There is opportunity to shape team strategy, mentor junior lawyers, and play a central role in client development.

• Established partner with substantial experience in securities litigation and/or white‑collar defense
• Proven trial and/or enforcement experience before courts or regulators
• Strong client development record; a portable practice or existing client relationships encouraged
• Bar admission in New York (or eligible) and ability to work in the New York office
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills within a litigation practice
