Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Salt Lake City

Senior litigation partner role in a practice that handles complex securities, white-collar and healthcare-related matters, with a focus on life sciences and digital health clients. The role will sit in the Salt Lake City office and will lead matters, manage teams and develop business across the region.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary team that advises on securities litigation and regulatory investigations, particularly where healthcare and life-sciences issues intersect with enforcement and compliance. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing platform in a growing practice area.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in securities litigation and/or white-collar defense
• Experience handling matters at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences and securities or regulatory investigations
• Proven client development and team leadership skills
