Established national litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join its San Diego team. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a strong securities and white-collar defense component, handling complex matters for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, leading matters, supervising associates and contributing to practice development. There is flexibility to integrate an existing portable practice or book of business into the office.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including securities and white‑collar matters.
Track record of leading trials/hearings and supervising litigation teams.
Business development capability; open to candidates with a portable practice.
Active California bar admission or eligibility to be admitted.
