Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco litigation team with a strong securities and white‑collar practice. The role will handle high‑stakes civil litigation and regulatory matters, take a prominent trial and enforcement‑focused role, and collaborate with cross‑office teams on complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters.

The partner will lead case strategy, supervise associates, and work closely with clients and senior firm leadership. There is an expectation of developing and growing business in the region; candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level litigation experience with significant securities and/or white‑collar enforcement work
Proven trial, regulatory enforcement, or high‑stakes litigation track record
Demonstrated client development and business generation skills; portable practice preferred
Ability to lead teams, mentor associates, and work across offices
Bar admission in California or eligibility to obtain
