Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco litigation team with a strong securities and white‑collar focus. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory disputes, including enforcement and investigatory matters, for a diverse client base.

The position offers a platform to lead matters, develop client relationships and mentor associates. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable business development capability are encouraged to apply.

Experienced litigator with significant securities and/or white‑collar enforcement experience
Proven trial and/or investigative practice and strong advocacy skills
Track record of client development; portable business helpful
Bar admission (California preferred) and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions
