Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Seattle litigation team. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation with a substantial securities and white‑collar component, handling trial and contested matters for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice in the Pacific Northwest. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

Admitted to practice in Washington (or ability to obtain admission)
Established track record in commercial litigation and courtroom experience
Experience handling securities-related and white‑collar matters
Proven business development skills or a portable practice
