Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, Washington, D.C.

Experienced litigation partner sought for a major Washington, D.C. practice focusing on securities and white-collar matters. The role will involve leading complex civil and regulatory disputes, managing trial and appellate work, and advising clients on enforcement and compliance issues.

The team handles high-stakes litigation across federal and state courts and before regulatory bodies. The partner will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams on sophisticated securities-related litigation.

Candidates should have an established litigation practice; consideration will be given to lawyers with a portable book of business. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced national firm and build a market-facing securities litigation platform in Washington, D.C.

• Established partner with substantial litigation and securities litigation experience
• Strong background in white-collar or regulatory enforcement matters preferred
• Proven trial or appellate advocacy and courtroom experience
• Track record of client development; portable practice/relationships welcomed
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex matters, and mentor associates
• Bar admission in D.C. or eligibility to transfer
