The practice handles a mix of commercial litigation, securities enforcement and white‑collar defense work across regional and national matters. The firm values client development and a pragmatic approach to fee arrangements.

• Established partner with a track record in commercial litigation and securities or white‑collar defense
• Extensive trial and/or investigative experience; strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Demonstrable client development ability; portability of a practice or relationships is preferred
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in New York
