Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation teams in the Westchester office. The role will lead client-facing matters, manage a team of associates, and help grow a sophisticated employment litigation practice.

The successful candidate will handle a mix of counseling and contentious work across traditional employment-law disputes, internal investigations, and preventive compliance advisory. This is an opportunity to take ownership of matters and expand client relationships within a busy regional practice.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record of leading employment litigation and counseling matters
Ability to manage and develop associates and contribute to business development
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and substantial client relationships
