Leading national firm seeks a partner to join the litigation group in its Westchester office. The role will handle commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on employment and labor disputes, professional liability and healthcare-related litigation, and construction disputes.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage case teams, and work closely with clients on strategy and risk mitigation. An established portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is welcome.

Partner-level litigation experience with a focus on employment/labor, professional liability, healthcare, or construction matters
Proven trial and/or contentious matter experience and ability to manage complex cases
Track record of client development and relationship management; portable practice welcome
Excellent leadership, mentorship, and teamwork skills
Admission to the relevant state bar and eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction
