Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a busy commercial litigation team in Los Angeles, with a focus on technology, life sciences and/or real estate disputes. The role will involve leading high-stakes commercial matters, managing complex litigation strategies and supervising associates.

The successful candidate will help grow and develop a regional practice in Southern California, working across technology and life-sciences-related disputes and transactional-linked litigation, as well as real estate controversy work. Portable client relationships and a demonstrated ability to originate and cultivate business are welcome.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a track record in commercial and technology or real estate disputes.
Proven ability to originate and expand client relationships and manage a book of business.
Experience leading trial or arbitration matters and supervising associate teams.
Licensed to practice in California (or able to obtain admission) and strong academic and professional references.
