Lateral Partner, Litigation & Technology — Redwood City

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy commercial litigation practice from the Redwood City office, with a focus on technology, life‑sciences and real‑estate related disputes. The role will handle high‑stakes commercial matters, counseling major clients and appearing in court and arbitration as needed.

The partner will work across California, collaborating with other offices and practice teams to win and execute complex matters. This is a rainmaking, leadership role with responsibility for business development, client management and mentoring associates.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in commercial litigation, including tech or life‑sciences and/or real‑estate disputes
• Proven business development and client management skills; demonstrable originations
• Admission to practice in California (or ability to obtain) and substantial trial/arbitration experience
