Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Corporate and Finance practice in Redwood City (Silicon Valley). The role emphasizes private equity and venture-capital work across M&A, financings and related commercial matters for technology and growth clients.

You'll sit on the partner track with a clear progression toward equity partnership, build client relationships and originate transactions. The team works closely with deal teams across the region and advises sophisticated investors and founders.

• Portable book of business of $3-4M (USD)
• Proven track record advising on private equity and venture-capital transactions, including buyouts, growth financings and exits
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills in the technology / growth sector
• Active bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligibility to practice
