National practice seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation and technology team in the firm’s San Francisco office. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on technology-related disputes, class actions and privacy/data-protection matters.

The successful candidate will help lead client matters, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practices on cross-border and regulatory aspects of technology disputes. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced litigation platform with significant client exposure.

A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome; the role values lawyers who can both generate and service client relationships.

Established partner with substantial litigation experience, ideally handling technology disputes, class actions and privacy/data-protection cases
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and ability to lead teams on high-stakes matters
Strong client-development skills; portable book of business preferred
Bar admission in California (or willingness to obtain) and excellent writing and advocacy abilities
