Senior litigation partner role focused on technology-related disputes, class actions, and privacy/data-protection matters. The position will lead significant litigation engagements, manage teams, and work closely with clients on strategy and case execution.

Portable book of business is welcomed; candidates should be prepared to demonstrate a track record of originating and growing client relationships.

• Established partner with substantial litigation experience, ideally including class actions and data/privacy disputes.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable business preferred.
• Experience leading teams and trying cases or managing major pretrial litigation phases.
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer admission; strong academic and professional references.
