Lateral Partner — Private Equity & Finance (Madrid)

Leading international firm seeks a partner to strengthen its private equity and finance capability in Madrid. The role focuses on originating and leading complex PE and fund-related financings, advising sponsors and lenders across buyouts, fund financings and related transactional work.

Ideal candidates will join a busy, transaction-driven team and play a senior role in business development, client relationship management and team leadership in Madrid. The appointment offers autonomy to build and run a practice while collaborating with international colleagues.

• Established partner-level experience advising on private equity and finance transactions
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams and develop junior lawyers
