Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Madrid Real Estate Finance team. The role sits within the firm’s banking/finance practice and will focus on structured real estate lending, portfolio financings and cross-border financings involving Spanish real estate assets.

This is a senior role with responsibility for leading transactions, managing client relationships and developing a fee-earning team in Madrid. The office has significant demand for additional senior coverage in real estate finance.

Proven record of leading real estate finance transactions and originating business
Admitted to practice in Spain (or qualified for admission) with substantial Spanish market experience
Fluent Spanish and strong English for cross-border work
