Admitted to practice in Spain (or equivalent relevant qualification)
Significant experience at partner or equivalent senior level in corporate, M&A and/or finance and banking
Proven ability to lead cross-border transactions and manage complex mandates
Established international client base and strong business development credentials
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
