Major national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta real estate practice. The role will focus on commercial real estate and construction matters, with responsibility for transactional work, project documentation and related dispute prevention/management.

The team handles land‑use and development (dirt law), hospitality-related real estate matters, and has secondary capabilities in succession/estate planning for owner-operated properties and families. The position is suited to a partner with a portable practice and established client relationships in the region.

Established partner with a record of originating or maintaining client relationships in real estate/construction.
Substantive experience in commercial real estate transactions, land development, construction contracts and related dispute resolution.
Comfort handling matters touching hospitality properties and owner succession/estate planning is a plus.
Strong business development skills and ability to work collaboratively with transactional and litigation teams.
