Senior real estate partner opportunity at a major national firm’s Century City office. The role focuses on leading and growing a transactional and construction-focused real estate practice across commercial development, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and related construction matters.

Ideal for a market-facing partner who will manage client relationships, originate work, and supervise junior lawyers on complex projects. The team advises developers, owners, lenders and contractors on all stages of development and construction risk allocation.

The role supports partners with a portable practice and offers a platform to expand a client base within a broad, multidisciplinary firm.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law with a track record of originating and managing client matters.
Deep transactional and construction-document experience (development, leasing, purchase/sale, financing, construction contracts and related risk allocation).
Proven ability to lead teams, mentor associates, and manage matter staffing/budgets.
Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and strong ties to the Southern California market.
