Leading national practice seeks a partner to grow a multidisciplinary real estate and construction practice from the Chicago office. The role focuses on leasing, construction-related matters and transactional work across healthcare, renewable energy and industrial/logistics sectors.

Ideal candidate will advise institutional and developer clients on complex projects, coordinate cross-practice teams, and support ongoing client relationships. This is a partner-level role where a portable practice and demonstrated business development capability are valued.

Partner-level experience in real estate, construction or related transactional matters.
Proven experience with leasing, development/industrial projects, healthcare real estate and renewable energy transactions.
Track record of leading deals, managing teams and interfacing with institutional clients.
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development ability (portable practice welcomed).
Bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to transfer.
