Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a commercial real estate practice from the firm’s Chicago office. The role focuses on transactional work across leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and related finance and development matters for a mix of institutional and private clients.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on role managing matters, developing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a well-established regional firm and expand a portable practice in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Established transactional real estate partner with a demonstrable track record in commercial real estate (leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, development and/or real estate finance)
Portable practice or ability to bring and grow client relationships preferred
Proven team leadership and ability to mentor associates
Active bar admission in Illinois (or eligibility to transfer) and strong professional references
