Seeking a laterally mobile partner to join a busy Real Estate & Construction team in the Fort Worth market. The role will handle leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development matters alongside healthcare real estate, renewable energy projects and related finance work.

Ideal for an experienced transactional partner who can lead client relationships, manage deal teams and grow a diversified real estate and energy practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Admitted to practice in Texas (or eligible for admission)
Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions, including leasing and development
Experience with healthcare real estate, renewable energy or real estate-related finance
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
