The successful candidate will advise on a range of real estate and construction matters across Saudi Arabia, acting for developers, contractors and investors. The position requires strong market relationships, proven deal experience and the ability to win and manage high-value mandates.
- Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, with significant Saudi market exposure
- Track record of leading teams, managing complex transactions and delivering commercial legal advice
- Strong regional network and demonstrable business development capability
- Licensed/admitted to practice as required for the role; fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
