Senior partner-level opportunity based in Jeddah for an experienced corporate and family law practitioner to join a well-established Middle East team. The role focuses on advising regional clients on corporate matters, governance and cross-border family law issues.

The practice places particular emphasis on corporate governance and regulatory matters in the Saudi market, working on transactions, restructurings and advisory mandates. This is a visible role with client-facing responsibility and firmwide collaboration across the region.

Established partner-level track record in corporate and/or family law, with demonstrable experience on governance and advisory matters.
Strong regional network in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf; ability to originate and develop client relationships.
Experience advising on cross-border issues and coordinating with international teams.
Excellent English; Arabic language skills advantageous. Admission to a relevant bar or ability to practice in the jurisdiction preferred.
Portable practice desirable but not strictly required for strong candidates.
