Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Boise

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a real estate and construction litigation practice in Boise. The role focuses on commercial and construction disputes, counseling owners, contractors, and related stakeholders across litigation and pre‑litigation strategies.

The incoming partner will take a visible client-facing role, manage complex matters from filing through trial/arbitration, and work with local and regional teams to expand the practice footprint in the Mountain West.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
• Licensed to practice in Idaho (or able to become admitted promptly)
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and to mentor junior lawyers
