Established litigation partner with substantial experience in construction and commercial real estate disputes
Proven trial and courtroom experience and ability to manage complex matters
Demonstrated business development skills and a portable client base welcomed
Strong leadership and mentoring experience; effective at leading teams and interfacing with clients
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
