Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Nashville

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a construction and real estate litigation practice in the firm's Nashville office. The role focuses on handling commercial construction disputes, real estate litigation, and contested contractor/owner matters across state and federal forums, including arbitration and trial work.

The partner will manage and mentor a team of litigators, take primary responsibility for client relationships, and work with firm leadership to drive business development across regional construction and real estate clients. Strong courtroom and dispute-resolution experience is required.

• Proven track record in construction and commercial real estate litigation, including trial and arbitration experience
• Demonstrated business development ability and experience managing teams of litigators
• Active bar admission in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain admission
