Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Raleigh

Senior litigation partner sought to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction litigation practice in the Raleigh office of a leading US law firm. The role will handle complex construction disputes and real estate litigation matters across state and federal courts.

Responsibilities include taking primary responsibility for major cases, supervising and mentoring associates, developing client strategies, and driving business development to expand the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in construction litigation and real estate disputes
• Extensive trial and motion practice experience in state and federal courts
• Ability to originate and develop client relationships and grow a practice team
• Active state bar admission and JD from an accredited law school
