Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Westchester office to strengthen a busy construction and real estate litigation practice. The role focuses on handling complex commercial construction disputes, real estate-related litigation, and related risk management matters for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for managing and mentoring a litigation team, and will handle matters from discovery through trial and appeal when necessary. There is an expectation to contribute to business development and to grow a regional practice; a portable practice or client relationships will be viewed favorably.

Established partner-level litigation experience in construction and real estate disputes.
Proven trial and arbitration experience and ability to manage complex casework.
Track record of client development and relationship management; portable client relationships preferred.
Experience supervising associates and collaborating across practice groups.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and good standing.
