Leading national law firm seeks a partner to build and lead a transactional real estate and construction practice from its Los Angeles office. The role will handle complex leasing, industrial/logistics, resort development and construction matters, with cross-practice collaboration across healthcare, energy (including renewables) and finance.

The ideal candidate will work closely with regional and national teams on high-value transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow client relationships. Hybrid matters spanning real estate development, financing and construction risk allocation are a focus.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions; track record on leasing, development or construction matters
Experience advising on matters connected to healthcare, energy/renewables or real estate finance preferred
Bar admission in California and ability to practice in Los Angeles
Demonstrated leadership, client development skills; portable practice or ability to originate business welcomed
