Established law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its Real Estate and Construction practice in Pittsburgh. The role will handle large-scale matters across leasing, industrial/logistics, resort development and related transactional work, with frequent overlap into healthcare and renewable energy projects.

The partner will work with an interdisciplinary team on projects that include real estate finance, construction contracts and energy-related real estate matters. The firm is open to candidates who can grow a portable practice; an existing book of business is welcome but not required.

Proven partner- or senior-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including leasing and development transactions.
Experience advising on healthcare real estate, renewable energy or industrial/logistics projects preferred.
Strong commercial drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; track record of business development or potential to build client relationships.
Admission to practice in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain admission; ability to collaborate across practice groups.
