Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Sioux Falls real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, land use (dirt law), and construction matters, with occasional hospitality-related succession planning and estate planning work.

The position combines transactional work and litigation support; the team advises owners, developers and lenders on deals, entitlement and construction disputes. The group offers an established platform and regional client base while supporting growth of a portable practice.

Experienced partner or senior lawyer with a strong real estate and/or construction practice
Proven track record in commercial real estate transactions, land use/entitlements and construction matters; litigation experience a plus
Business development abilities and willingness to grow a portable book of business
Active bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission
