Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Litigation (Pittsburgh)

A national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and expand its real estate and construction litigation capabilities in the Pittsburgh office. The role will involve managing a mixed docket of construction, real estate and commercial disputes, leading trial and arbitration matters, and supervising junior litigation lawyers.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary team working with other practice groups on transactional and contentious matters. This is a business-development focused role with significant client contact and opportunity to grow a local and regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience handling construction-related litigation and commercial real estate disputes
• Proven trial and arbitration experience and ability to supervise associates
• Demonstrable business development record and strong client relationship skills
• Active bar admission in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
