Leading law firm in San Francisco seeks a partner to grow and lead its real estate litigation and construction-disputes practice. The role involves managing significant commercial litigation matters, supervising associates, and developing client relationships across the region.

The successful candidate will handle complex breach, construction-defect and related real estate disputes, appear in state and federal court as needed, and work closely with transactional and construction teams. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcome.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction-related commercial litigation
Track record of handling complex civil litigation matters and courtroom experience
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships or bring a portable practice
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Bar admission in California or eligibility to be admitted
