Lateral Partner, Restructuring — San Antonio

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Antonio restructuring and finance team. The role will focus on creditor-side and debtor-side restructurings, out-of-court work and contested insolvency matters across energy, real estate and corporate clients.

The partner will be expected to develop and lead matters, work collaboratively with national colleagues, and support business development in the region. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with deep transactional and litigation capabilities.
