Lateral Partner — Securities & Finance, Los Angeles

Experienced partner sought to lead and grow a securities and finance practice in a major Los Angeles office. The role will handle transactional and regulatory matters across investment management and capital markets work, advising institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join an established national firm platform, lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex matters. A portable practice or strong client relationships in relevant areas are welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in securities, investment management and/or finance transactions and regulatory work
• Proven track record of originating and leading matters and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Experience supervising and developing associates and coordinating with cross-practice teams
• Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to work from the Los Angeles office
