Senior tax and estate planning partner opportunity in Austin with a large, market-leading international firm. The role focuses on providing sophisticated tax planning and estate structuring for high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and fiduciaries.

The firm seeks an experienced partner to lead and grow a private client tax practice locally, work with cross-disciplinary teams on complex matters, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in tax and estate planning practice.
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax law and estate/wealth-transfer strategies.
Proven client development skills; portable book of business preferred.
Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to become admitted) and ability to work from the Austin office.
