Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation, Baltimore

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Tax & Litigation group in Baltimore. The role focuses on tax controversy and dispute work, including courtroom and administrative representation, and advising clients on tax risk and compliance in contentious matters.

The successful candidate will lead matters, supervise junior lawyers, and develop client relationships. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated origination ability.

• Established tax litigation experience with a record of leading contested matters (court, administrative or arbitration).
• Admissions to the relevant state bar; federal tax experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams of associates and staff.
• Business development skills or a portable practice are strongly preferred.
